Huron County Pathways
Do you need help with:
Getting health insurance, food, housing, transportation, utilities, and other basic needs?
Going to doctor's visits and medical tests?
Understanding the healthcare system and using insurance?
Preparing for your baby?
Huron County Pathways can help!
The Huron County Pathways program is a free program to help connect pregnant women, mothers, and adults with necessary medical and social services - including food, housing, transportation, cribs, car seats, and diapers.
Every Pathways client is partnered with a community health worker or nurse. Your community health worker/nurse is a partner and coach whose role is to help you take charge of your life. They will help you connect to resources so you can enjoy a healthier life.
For more information about the program contact Huron County Public Health at 419-668-1652 Ext. 241.
