Huron County Pathways can help!
The Huron County Pathways program is a free program to help connect pregnant women, mothers, and adults with necessary medical and social services - including food, housing, transportation, cribs, car seats, and diapers.
Every Pathways client is partnered with a community health worker or nurse. Your community health worker/nurse is a partner and coach whose role is to help you take charge of your life. They will help you connect to resources so you can enjoy a healthier life.
For more information about the program contact Huron County Public Health at 419-668-1652 Ext. 241.
