The Huron County General Health District wants travelers to have a healthy and safe journey. Therefore, the Health District and CDC Travelers' Health offers information to assist travelers and their health-care providers in deciding the vaccines, medications, and other measures necessary to prevent illness and injury during international travel.

  Influenza Japanese Encephalitis (Special Order)
  Menactra (Meningitis) MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella)
  Pneumovax (Pneumonia) Rabies (Special Order)
  Shingles (Zostavax) Td (Tetanus & Diphtheria)
  Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis) Twinrix (Hepatitis A & B combined)
  Typhoid Varicella (Chickenpox)
  Yellow Fever TB tests (Tuberculosis)

Travelers in need of malaria prevention must contact their physician to receive the necessary prescription.
