Nursing/Medical Division - Family Health Services
Good health is important for everyone. The Huron County General Health District, with support from Fisher-Titus Medical Center, Mercy Hospital of Willard and the United Fund of Huron County offers low cost, quality primary care for children & adults provided by a certified family nurse practitioner or a physician. These services are offered at our Norwalk, Bellevue and Willard locations.
There is a minimum fee and Medicaid is accepted. We do not take private third party insurance for this service. Patients are seen by appointment only.
If you do not have a doctor and want to be a patient, please fill out the patient application (BOTH SIDES!) and bring or send it to the Huron County General Health District. Please note that this is NOT a free or walk-in clinic.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 for immediate assistance
