We provide food safety education training that meets the state and national certificate requirements for food employees. Our courses are designed for managers, food employees, high school students, and daycare providers. The Ohio Department of Health requires that there be a designated person-in-charge (PIC) supervising food preparation at all times for establishments after March 1,2010. Establishments opened prior to that date are encouraged to send representatives through a training.
