Environmental Programs - Manufactured Home Parks

A Manufactured Home Park is defined in OAC 3701-27 as: "any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured homes, used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park." Licensing period: January 1 – December 31.

Manufactured homes within manufactured home parks must be installed and inspected in accordance with standards adopted by the Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission (OMHC) as specified in Chapters 4781-6 and 4781-7 of the OAC. We have contracted with Erie County Health District to perform these inspections in all Huron County licensed parks.
