Fee for Services The Health Department has fee schedules for both clinical and environmental services. The fees for clinical services vary by program and can be a flat fee for service, a rate established by criteria such as income and family size or in some instances services are provided at no cost to the citizen. For individuals with Medicaid, the Department will bill the third party payer for services provided. Environmental Health fees are based on a schedule of services.
